Incorrect identification

Do not add an uncertain match. Retake the photo in bright, even light with the entire card and label visible. If already saved, open Card Details and correct the card before refreshing sales.

BGS and SGC certification numbers

BGS and SGC use printed cert numbers, not QR codes. Photograph the complete front label in sharp focus. On BGS labels, keep the number directly below the overall grade clear and centered.

PSA, TAG, or CGC QR problems

Center the code, hold the phone steady, and avoid glare. You can also photograph the label or type the certification number.

No price available

“Not priced yet” means no reliable exact sales remained after mismatched cards, variants, and grades were removed. Slabsolutely does not invent an estimate.

Account deletion

Open Account → Privacy & account controls → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, cloud data, and collection stored by the app on the current device.
